So, here is the truth: you can make free calling only if you are using the Internet through an app. The rule is that the other phone has the same app installed, with Internet connection. Here is a list with the top free apps that allow you to call friends:
Nimbuzz Messenger - I have talked about this in the past, it has a lot of value for Nokia C2-06 as a chat client, but also as a twitter client.
